Snapshots of the best week of my life

 Posted by Picasa

I heart NY! =)

Some guy driving a pick-up truck obviously agrees with me. =P

It's a little over-the-top, but there is just something about Time Square...

The Jersey skyline from Battery Park.

My personal favorite: the Chrysler building.

ON THE AVE

Yeah, I think I'll stick to five star hotels. I mean even the shampoo bottles are classy!
LOVED all the pillows!!!
...and the big screen, HD, plasma TV.
The deck on the 16th floor was pretty nice too...
I mean, look at the view!!!
Yup. Five-star hotels are the way to go.
But, really, it is all about location... the upper west side of MANHATTEN!!! =)

I know I have been REALLY bad about posting, but it's not my fault...

14 - 16 hour workdays, including weekends, plus limited internet connectivity are my excuses. I am now back to normal life though, so you can plan to start hearing from me again. It's true. Princess status is over and I have once again entered the world of the unexeptional and average. It's really very sad. I'm having a little difficulty readjusting, but I think once my apartment is clean and my laundry is done, oh and once I have some food in my fridge, I will be feeling a little better about my average life.

When I get a chance, I will post some of the pics from NY. I have to get back to the 100+ emails in my inbox right now.

Until tomorrow...

Two more weeks and then it is back to life as usual

I have to admit, I have really gotten used to this whole living in a hotel thing. It's gonna be difficult to go back to normal life. I like not having to clean (EVER), but even more than that, I just like the excitement and unexpectedness of this current life. Plus, it has been nice to always have someone to go out to breakfast(or lunch, dinner, running, a movie, the mall, etc...) with at an time. I mean there are 14 people who are just a phone call away. The are all stuck here with no life and working the same crazy schedule as I am. So, yeah... I'm gonna miss hangin' out with them when this is over. Of course then I will be able to hang out with my real friends again (that will be nice!). I guess all of life is a trade-off.
